If B2B service is needed, our special project team will need the following information:
- Create the order, including SKUS + QTY, in your store or SFapp.
- Place the order on hold on the ShipHero order page. Find how to do it HERE
- Open a ticket HERE to initiate your B2B order preparation request
- Select the B2B option from the category list
- Please attach any 3rd party labels if applicable: Product labels if applicable, # of pallets needed if applicable, # and boxes + SKU count per box if applicable (shipping labels, product labels, box labels, etc.) If you send product cases, you must label the case with the proper barcode to avoid non-compliance fees.
- Printing of any documentation - unique packing slip (on paper vs. label).
- Please let us know if the shipment needs to be palletized. If yes, indicate if you or ShipHero will arrange the Freight. If small parcel, the Special Projects team will need to know if the customer will provide labels or if we will ship using ShipHero labels.
- Special project teams will give you the estimated completion time.
- Once the warehouse has completed the task, the Special project team will let you know on the ticket.
- The minimum labor charge is $45/hs ( US) and $50/hs (CA).
