Can I customize my invoices/packing slips?

Yes, ShipHero can customize your invoices! We will analyze your request and get a quote and ETA for you. 

Please follow these steps: 

1. We will customize certain customer segments, so please open a ticket with support HERE 
2. After receiving approval from the support team, kindly send us the invoice you require in PDF format.
3. Kindly inform us about the size and paper type required for the printer stations to be set up at our warehouses. We will print the invoice in a 4x6 size.
4. In order to generate an accurate invoice, please provide all the necessary images and text.
