Termination steps for customers with the existing inventory at our warehouses:
- To cancel your account, your payment status must be up to date, with no outstanding balance. You can review the status of your invoices HERE. Your invoices must be paid and not on a failed status.
- You must provide a timeline of when you want to cancel the services ( stop shipping orders, disconnect store, etc.)
- If you need to remove the inventory, please follow the steps outlined HERE
- If you need to dispose of the inventory, please follow the steps outlined HERE
Termination steps for customers with no inventory at our warehouses:
- Please open a ticket with our support team HERE so we can confirm your account status and cancel the account for you.
