A master carton or case barcode is placed outside your shipping carton or pallet, allowing our 3PL to identify and scan multiple product units' shipments.
How are individual product barcodes different from master carton barcodes?
The master carton or case barcode is used to receive (check-in) your shipments of multiple units of your products at the warehouse.
The UPC, ASIN, and/or SKU Barcode is a unique code for your product that allows the warehouse to ship (check out) your individual product units at the warehouse's packing station.

To comply with our Receiving guidelines, all your products ( individual units, master carton or case, sub master cartons or cases) should always arrive previously barcoded. If the cases arrive unbarcoded, the warehouse will have to relabel the cases at $0.18 USD and $0.25 CAD in addition to the labor cost fees.

If you are shipping B2B ( Wholesale orders), please have your cases correctly labeled to avoid fees.
