What is RockReturns?
RockReturns is a ShipHero partner that specializes in returns. They will process RMAs (in ShipHero) for customers and send back the returned items through a shipping plan for our warehouses to receive back into inventory. They service US-based returns.
At this time, they do not have international locations. Rock Returns accept various product types (not only apparel) with no minimums.
ShipHero’s Receiving & Restocking Fee: $1.75 per unit.

What if I'm using another return software integration?
RockReturns is still an option if you use Loop Returns or Returnly. Loop returns and Returnly are the software integrations; RockReturns will process the RMA through either software as needed. RockReturns help the customer with the return label address set up in those systems.
Is there a specific return setting in ShipHero for RockReturns?
No. RockReturns will help to set their default return location as “My Location” and update the address in the General Admin area of ShipHero to the RockReturns warehouse address. ShipHero does not charge “My Location” return fees.
