Therefore Zone 9 rates will apply when shipping to PO boxes. For example, a 0.25 lb order going to a standard address (non-PO box) will cost $5.96; if it goes to Zone 9 or a PO box will cost $9.87.

How can you determine if your order is being shipped to a PO Box?
A PO box address typically will have "PO Box ###" as the full address line, after the street address, or in the second address field.
Is PO Box an address line 1?
Address Line 1 is typically used for the street address or PO Box number of the recipient, while Address Line 2 is used for additional address information such as an apartment or suite number, building name, floor number, etc.
Can I prevent PO Box Charges?
You can adjust your website regarding shipping charges to PO Boxes or choose not to offer PO box shipping. If your orders are imported to ShipHero using a PO box address, we will add the Zone 9 cost to your shipping cost. You can also apply an order hold before the order is processed if you want to ask your customer to provide an alternative location.
