At ShipHero, we are unable to change the delivery address of packages once they have been shipped.
Please let your customer know to disregard the package, which will prompt it to be returned to the sender. Once we receive the package at our warehouse, we will restock the item and ship it to the correct address. It is important to note that a restocking and reshipping fee will be charged to you.
