What is Section 321?
Section 321 is a provision by the US Customs and Border Protection that allows individuals in the U.S. to have orders of $800 USD or less daily shipped to them in the United States from Canada duty-free.
How does it work?
- ShipHero will create the label through ShipHero. We use Wizmo as the cross-border carrier to transfer the package from Canada to a US carrier, such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.
- If you are an existing 321 customer, you can monitor the tracking link on your orders to determine which ones were shipped using section 321.
