When shipping with Global E, all items should be marked as shipped in Shiphero even virtual or subscriptions skus.
The feature "This product requires shipping" must be enabled on each Sku to import as pending in the ShipHero App.
If this feature is not enabled we could face issues while shipping those Skus using Global E.
Steps:
- Login into your Shopify account as an admin and mark the virtual skus you are going to be shipping with Global e are marked as require shipping:
2- Reach out to your CSM if you have one assigned so we can mark the Sku as virtual in the backend. If you dont have a CSM, please open a ticket HERE.
