How many orders can Shiphero ship?
ShipHero warehouses can handle high volumes of orders, processing between 10,000 and 40,000 orders per day.
As a merchant, you will need to let ShipHero know of two important volume considerations: surge and peak volume.
Surge Volume Considerations
The price offered and accepted by our Sales rep covers orders designated as Baseline Shipping Volume (BSV).
BSV will be established by calculating the daily average number of shipments in Q3 2023. This will be done by dividing the average number of shipments from Monday to Sunday by seven.
Let's take a closer look at an example:
- If a Merchant averages 500 orders per day in Q3.
- Then Ship Hero will create capacity for up to 500 additional orders or 50% on top of BSV daily.
- Ship Hero will not be responsible for orders exceeding this volume within Peak SLAs. And ShipHero will not issue credits or refunds for this matter.
- To ensure everything runs smoothly, please inform Ship Hero ahead of time if there will be any surges. They want to make sure they have enough staff to handle everything.
Peak Considerations
Merchants must provide ShipHero with accurate sales forecasts for Peak Season, within 10%. If a forecast is not provided, ShipHero is not responsible for exceeding the weekly BSV.
