What is Handling Time?
Handling Time is set in Amazon; it's the estimated time between the end user placing an order and you handing it over to a specified delivery service, in this case, ShipHero. This does not include when the package is in transit to the customer's address.
This handling time must be set based on ShipHero shipping methods and timelines to avoid delays and provide a clear expectation to your customers.
Our shipping timelines are subject to changes during peak season. Click HERE to review ShipHero 2023-2024 peak season service levels so you can adjust your handling time and avoid issues in your account.
