Account-related fees:
A monthly fee of $500 is included to cover the expenses of developing essential technology that enhances order precision, shipping efficiency, and cost transparency. More info HERE.
Setting up an account: based on your account's size and complexity, onboarding may incur a fee.
If you don't have a store or an API integration, we can import your product for $15 per CSV upload.
Data export service: Our engineering-specialized team offers access to your account data for report-building purposes in the CSV, JSON, or Parquet format for a monthly cost of $500.
ShipHero storage is charged daily per SKU based on the total cubic volume in stock. Storage fees depend on your account size and volume. Please feel free to contact our support team for more information.
Lots and expiration tracking: Each product / SKU unit that requires tracking will incur a $0.05 USD $0.07 CAD shipping fee per unit shipped.
Serial number tracking: Serial# order tracking costs $0.25 USD and $0.34 CAD per unit.
Hazmat product label: Due to labeling regulations, a $0.50 USD and $0.67 CAD per order will be added.
Fragile products wrapping: SKU or order that requires bubble wrap (or similar protection) in the packing process, a $0.50 USD and $0.67 CAD per unit per order will be added.
Geami paper wrap: We charge $1.85 (first unit) + $0.75 for additional units in US or Canada.
Dimensional size fee US: $4, $8, or $19.50 USD per package. (Depending on the final weight)
Dimensional size fee Canada: $22, $30, $85 CAD per package ( Depending on the final weight).
If your product needs a non-standard packing size, please take a look at the cost HERE. These costs will be added to the total order shipping cost.
If you want ShipHero to ship your Dropship products, you will have a drop ship fee on your agreement for shipping in CA and US.
The picking fee starts at $0.33 per pick. Certain agreements even include up to 3 picks in their rates! If an order needs additional picks, those are charged at $0.33 each. If you want more details, please get in touch with our support team or sales representative.
ShipHero includes dimensional surcharges on packages that exceed certain sizes. More info HERE

We offer various shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and overnight. Your shipping fees will depend on your account size and zone arrangement. You can find the shipping fees on your rate card.
We can only map to specific carriers on exceptional cases, which will include an additional fee.

Unexpected Carrier Surcharges: Carriers occasionally encounter obstacles when delivering packages to certain areas or under certain conditions. As a result, carriers will pass along unexpected carrier surcharges (UCS) to ShipHero to account for this added expense and time, we will pass the fee to those affected merchants. More infoHERE
