ShipHero will need a payment method added to your account before receiving and shipping your products.
To add a credit card, navigate to the Billing page in your account. Then click "Add Credit Card."
Important:
- A valid credit card must be added to our SFApp even if you pay through another payment method.
- If paying with a credit card, there is a 2.9% credit card processing fee on your ShipHero Invoice as a separate line item called "Stripe Fee."
If you need to set up another payment method, please open a ticket HERE. Our support team will analyze if you are eligible for a change.
