If you're sending pallets to a ShipHero warehouse, please use a pallet tag on each pallet so we can identify your shipment when it arrives. Any pallets received at a ShipHero warehouse without a ShipHero pallet tag will be deemed non-compliant, incur additional fees, and may take longer for our teams to receive.
You can download the pallet tag attached below or print it within SFAPP once you complete creating the shipping plan or box manifest,
- Print the Pallet Tag.
- Fill out ALL of the fields.
- Apply and reinforce to the outside of the pallet
