If you have some products that you dropship, you can set them as "drop ship only" in your portal. Once you do that, ShipHero will know which products need to be picked and packed in our warehouse, even when orders contain both dropshipped products and products ShipHero needs to fulfill.
Orders that contain only items with dropshipped products will still import to ShipHero, but they won't appear for our warehouses to pick and ship. The item marked as "drop ship only" will remain unfulfilled in our system until it's either updated to fulfilled on the store platform, which updates it on our system or manually updated to fulfilled in sfapp.shiphero.com.
To make a product "drop ship only":
- Log into sfapp.shiphero.com.
- Navigate to the product page.
- Search for the correct SKU and click on it.
- Select the "Drop Ship Only" setting on the right.
- Save your change.
To edit products in bulk, navigate to the Product Page and select the products you want to edit. Click "Set as Drop Ship Only."
