- Based on your business, our sales team may apply discounts and charges that will be listed in your agreement.
- Pricing includes the pick, pack, shipping, and a standard box or poly mailer (Packaging material may vary according to availability)
- If you are sending fragile items please note that we charge $0.50 to bubble wrap per unit per order.
- We offer Standard, Expedited, and Overnight shipping options.

- When the dimensional weight is greater than the actual weight, the dimensional weight is used instead of the package's actual weight. DIM Weight (Lbs) = L * W * H / 166.DIM weight is ignored when the volume is<1 cubic foot (1728) or the package weight is< 1lb.
- Our rates include X units ("picks") per order depending on your agreement. Each additional unit ("pick") will cost more per order.
- You must have a credit card on file. You will be charged daily (M-F) for storage and orders shipped. You will be charged once you have a minimum of $20 in charges. However, your invoice will be generated for all the charges

Some weight discrepancy is expected due to the ordinary course of business.
Shipments of 2+ lbs that have a weight discrepancy of 1 lb or less and shipments of less than 1 lb that have a weight discrepancy of 2 oz or less will not be investigated for billing discrepancies. - An additional $4 surcharge is added for packages with any dimension over 22". An additional $8 for any dimension over $30". An additional $19.50 is applied to packages that measure more than 48 inches on the longest or more than 30 inches on the second-longest side.

- Our main payment method is a credit card. For larger US accounts, it is possible to set up ACH with pre-approval from the Sales team and open a ticket with support HERE
- An oversize charge applies to packages that exceed 96" in length or 130" in length and girth. Rating will be based on the greater of the package's actual rounded or dimensional weight, subject to a 90lb minimum billable weight. Any packages over 20 lbs must be pre-approved.
- Package weights are rounded up when billed. For example, 1.54 lbs are rounded up to 2 lbs.
