Our damage process is as follows:
- When an item is found damaged (during receiving, on the floor, or from returns), the support team will alert you of the finding
- You can decide to have us ship the item back to you or we can dispose of it
- The warehouse team holds the product in an unsellable damaged location so we don't allocate it to orders.
- If we do not hear back from you within 30 days, we automatically dispose of the product.
