Report Term Definitions:
- Cost to Customer: Cost of shipping that you (the merchant) charged your end-customer for shipping
- SF Shipping Cost: Cost ShipHero charged you (the merchant) to fulfill an order
- SF Shipping Profit: Money gained or lost on shipping
If you charged your customer $6.00 for shipping and ShipHero charged you $5.00 for shipping, you made a profit of $1.00 on the order.
