As a merchant you pay for the following:
- Account Setup – $0
- Onboarding support - $0
- Receiving – $0 (if you follow our receiving guidelines)
- Storage: $0.65 / cubic foot / month
- Pick & Pack + Shipping: Please see Fulfillment Matrix here to find the applicable fee per shipment. Matrix fees are based on a combination of product weight, shipment dimensions, shipment end-weight, origin/destination zone profile, and either standard or expedited carrier speed. These rates include three-unit or SKUs per order. Additional SKUs / items are $0.25 each.
- DIM: if dimensional weight is greater than the actual weight, dimensional weight is used instead of the package’s actual weight. If the package volume is less than 1 cubic foot and the package weight is less than 1lb, then the DIM weight is ignored.
