ShipHero is not responsible for damages caused by carriers. We will pack your shipments following best practices but we cannot control shipments once they leave our warehouses.
Additionally, we have a ParcelView at some packing stations at our warehouse in order to control how was the order packed within our facilities before shipping.
We strongly suggest your final customer files a claim with the carrier attaching correspondence evidence of the case.
