This guide will walk you through connecting various stores to ShipHero Fulfillment.
Note: Some store platforms, such as Shopify, allow you to connect other store channels to Shopify. If you choose to connect another store platform to Shopify, you should only directly connect Shopify to ShipHero and not the other store platform(s).
It should be one or the other: a) Connect all store platforms directly to ShipHero or; b) Connect only Shopify to ShipHero and connect all other platforms to your Shopify store.
Connect your Shopify Store to ShipHero
- Download the ShipHero App in Shopify here.
- Log into sfapp.shiphero.com and click “Stores” on the left navigation menu.
- Select Shopify from the “Add Store” dropdown.
- You will need to add your ShipHero location to your store and products. Steps Here.
Connect your Amazon Store to ShipHero
- Log into sfapp.shiphero.com and click “Stores” on the left navigation menu
- Select Amazon from the “Add Store” dropdown.
- Complete the above form and click “Connect My Amazon Store.”
- You must authorize ShipHero for the new API on the Amazon page. You will be redirected back to ShipHero afterward.
- Amazon may send you an email to confirm our access. If so, please follow the instructions in the email to complete the process.

Important: If you don't get redirected to Amazon upon clicking the button, you will need to reconnect your store after the migration has been rolled out to your account. Click HERE for further information.
Connect Etsy to ShipHero
- Log into sfapp.shiphero.com and click “Stores” on the left navigation menu.
- Select Etsy from the “Add Store” dropdown.
- Enter your Etsy store name and click “Connect My Etsy Store.”
Connect BigCommerce to ShipHero
To connect your store to ShipHero Fulfillment, you’ll need your Store Hash. Once you have your Store Hash, enter it into the Bigcommerce connection form and press the “Connect my Bigcommerce store” button.

Where do I find my Store Hash?
Follow the steps below to find your Store Hash in BigCommerce
- Log in to your BigCommerce admin panel
- Go to this URL: https://manage.bigcommerce.com/account/stores/
- Scroll to the Details section and look for the “Permanent Address”.
- The Store Hash will be the value after “https://store-” and before “.mybigcommerce.com”

Connect Woocommerce to ShipHero
We'll need a few things from you to connect your WooCommerce store to ShipHero Fulfillment. The connection form requires the following fields
Store Name
This is just a descriptive value for the connection. It can be anything, for example, “My Vintage Clothing Store.”
Store URL
This should be the full URL of your store. For example, if Google were your WooCommerce store, you would enter “https://www.google.com/” in this field.
Pay attention to the “https://”. Some urls can start with “http://” or “https://”. Make sure and enter the one that works with your website.
Consumer Key and Consumer Secret
You’ll need to provide us with these values so that we can connect to your WooCommerce store. Follow the steps below to get them.
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel
- Click WooCommerce in the menu.
- Click Settings and then select the API tab
- The “Enable the REST API” should be turned on.
- Click “Keys/Apps” and then click “Add Key”
- In the Description field, enter “ShipHero Fulfillment”
- For Permissions, select “Read/Write”
- Click “Generate API Key”
- Copy your “Consumer Key” and “Consumer Secret” into the corresponding fields in the ShipHero Fulfillment form. Once these fields are filled out, click the “Connect my WooCommerce store” button on ShipHero Fulfillment, and your store will be connected.
- Lastly, please map your Woocommerce statuses to avoid issues while shipping.
Connect eBay to ShipHero
- Log into sfapp.shiphero.com and click “Stores” on the left navigation menu.
- Select eBay from the “Add Store” dropdown.
- Complete the below form and click “Connect My eBay Store.”
Connect Walmart to ShipHero
- Log into sfapp.shiphero.com and click “Stores” on the left navigation menu.
- Select Walmart from the “Add Store” dropdown.
- Complete the below form and click “Connect My Walmart Store."
- If you need to add the warehouse as a seller, please go ahead and enter ShipHero WH address and follow these steps.
Connect BestBuy Canada to ShipHero
- Log into sfapp.shiphero.com and click “Stores” on the left navigation menu.
- Select BestBuy Canada from the “Add Store” dropdown.
- Login into https://bby-dev.mirakl.net/marketplace-dashboard/
- API key name is “Best Buy Canada dev account“
API connection
If you use an e-commerce store, we do not directly integrate with; you can still use ShipHero Fulfillment. Instead of connecting a store, please create an API connection to send ShipHero orders and products. Please take a look at the steps here.
