Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped.
The tracking link in Shiphero will redirect to the shipping carrier's website so you can check the status. We work with a mix of carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc
- If you have a store connected to our ShipHero app we can activate notifications to push the tracking number to your store so your final customer can receive the tracking link.
- In case you don't have a store connected, such as connection through API or manual connection you can access the Shiphero app and click on the tracking link on each individual order.
You can also view the tracking link on the Report tab -> Shipment. You can download your report if needed.

You must have your tracking number. If the tracking states delivered but your customer claims they did not receive the package please contact the carrier.
To track all orders after they've been processed, check your PostHero board.
