The following guidelines will apply during Peak: Nov 11th- Jan 5th
All surcharges were assessed and informed to you through email.
There will be no holiday storage surcharges.
- Inventory that does not follow our guidelines will be subject to longer wait times.
- We reserve the right to refuse inventory that violates our receiving guidelines.
You must ship your goods ahead so we can receive and ship on peak dates:
- To ship by Christmas: Your inventory must be received before Nov 25th
- To ship by Black Friday: Your inventory must be received before Nov 4th
Carrier Services & Deadlines:
Christmas Day: We cannot guarantee arrivals because carriers are not guaranteeing delivery
- Standard orders due by 12/9 for Christmas delivery
- Expedited orders due by 12/16 for Christmas delivery
New Year's Eve: We cannot guarantee arrivals because carriers are not guaranteeing delivery
- Standard orders due by 12/16 for New Year's Eve delivery
- Expedited orders due by 12/23 for New Years' Eve delivery; Overnight 12/27
Our standard shipping times do not apply during peak; orders that import before 12pm may not ship same day (48-72hour)
- Same-day fulfillment is not guaranteed during peak

- Our support team is available 8 am-11 pm EST Monday-Friday, and 10 am-3 pm EST on Saturday (Sunday support will start from 9/18 ).
