The video uses a Shopify store as an example, but you can embed this widget in any e-commerce platform that’s supported by ShipHero Fulfillment.
Once you’ve set up the returns widget, head over to your returns settings so you can allow it.
Important: Returns to sender are generated even if the returns are not allowed on your ShipHero Fulfillment App.
