Allowing customer returns

How much do returns cost?

Return to sender – shipping label back (this is the same price charged to pick, pack and ship out) + $2.75 for first item and $0.25 for each additional item

Self returns – $3 base fee plus custom inspection fee for each item.

Paid returns – shipping label back (this is the same price charged to pick, pack and ship out) + plus custom inspection fee for each item.

ShipHero Fulfillment provides a widget that you can embed in your e-commerce store to allow customer returns. In the video below, we will work you through how to enable customer returns and embed the widget in your store.

The video uses a Shopify store as an example, but you can embed this widget in any e-commerce platform that’s supported by ShipHero Fulfillment.
