How do I create a return?

How much do returns cost?

Return to sender – shipping label back (this is the same price charged to pick, pack and ship out) + $2.75 for first item and $0.25 for each additional item

Self returns – $3 base fee plus custom inspection fee for each item.

Paid returns – shipping label back (this is the same price charged to pick, pack and ship out) + plus custom inspection fee for each item.

Returns sent back to Merchant: Merchants have the option to send returns back to their home (or a 3rd party address). The cost of this return will be quoted once the 3rd party address is added. The label cost may be more than the cost to fulfill the same orders. This is because returns labels must be generated through USPS. USPS allows for pay on scan and also allows pickup free of charge from any address.

ShipHero allows all users to create returns that they can send back to their address on file (not our warehouses).

If you want ShipHero to process your returns please contact us at fulfillment@shiphero.com to be approved. If you send returns to our warehouse without being approved we reserve the right to dispose of your return within 24 hours of receiving it.
