My Shopify orders are importing as fulfilled

If your orders are being automatically fulfilled in ShipHero, you will need to confirm that the setting “Automatically fulfill the order‘s line items” is not selected in your Shopify checkout settings. The option that should be selected is “Do not automatically fulfill any of the order’s line items”.

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Checkout.
  2. Find the Order processing section.
  3. Under the heading After an order has been paid, select Do not automatically fulfill any of the order’s line items. 
  4. Click Save
