Package shows delivered but customer claims they didn’t receive it

Once tracking is marked as delivered, unfortunately we have no further ability to help in this situation. We suggest that your customer checks with their neighbors and contacts their local carrier who delivered the package.

Due to the fact that most carriers add seasonal workers, they may not be familiar with your delivery area. We try our best to have every package reach its’ final destination. We are not responsible for items that our warehouse hands off to carriers and then are not delivered. 

Please note at peak times carriers may not scan every package at our facility on pickup – we are not responsible for these packages and the carriers conduct.
