- Log into sfapp.shiphero.com
- Using the left navigation, click “PostHero”.
- Use the “Date Range” field to adjust the shipment data based on timeframe selected.
There are 5 categories on the left side.
All Orders: View all active orders with issues
Overdue: View late unshipped orders
Delayed: View late shipped orders with carrier tracking update
Lost or Stuck: View orders without tracking updates
Failed: View orders that have been returned or delivery failed
