PostHero: Tracking Packages

Use PostHero to understand how many packages are late, delayed or lost in transit.

  1. Log into sfapp.shiphero.com
  2. Using the left navigation, click “PostHero”.
  3. Use the “Date Range” field to adjust the shipment data based on timeframe selected.

There are 5 categories on the left side.

All Orders: View all active orders with issues

Overdue: View late unshipped orders

Delayed: View late shipped orders with carrier tracking update

Lost or Stuck: View orders without tracking updates

Failed: View orders that have been returned or delivery failed
