What happens to damaged inventory?

Our damaged process is as follows:

  • When item is found damaged (during receiving or on the floor), the support team will alert you of the finding
  • You can decide to have us ship the item back to you or we can dispose of it
  • Warehouse holds the product in an unsellable damaged location in the warehouse
  • If we do not hear back from you within 30 days, we automatically dispose of the product.
