What happens with return to sender shipments?

Merchant’s are responsible to make sure their customers have the correct address on file. Items that are rejected by end-customers or marked as “return to sender” will be restocked with the applicable fee.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of $5 per shipment (this allows for 3 items to be restocked) each additional item, in the order, to be restocked will be $1 per unit.

Merchant’s must reship orders if there was an incorrect address.
