What if ShipHero loses my inventory in the warehouse?

Third party warehouse provider standards for shrinkage range between 2%-10%. At ShipHero we work to keep any shrinkage under 3%. If greater than 3% of Merchant’s inventory is misplaced/lost ShipHero will credit the Merchant the cost of the product. If “lost” product is found within 45 days the credit will be withdrawn.
