When can I cancel or edit an order?

As long as the order in sfapp.shiphero.com is not fulfilled, you can cancel, edit or put a hold on it to avoid it from shipping. Sending an email or chat message to our support team will not automatically cancel or hold an order. Always make sure to login to your account to cancel, change or put a hold on orders.

If the order is already fulfilled with a shipping label, we cannot stop the package from shipping.
