Why is my shipment on hold because of address validation?

We will automatically put US domestic shipments on hold if the address is not recognized by the USPS verification system. If this happens you need to reach out to your customer to confirm their address before we can ship the item. A good tool to see if the address is verified by the USPS go here: https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress.
